🖤 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
The LŪMA Collection is not responsible for:
• Lost packages
• Stolen packages
• Packages marked as “delivered” but not received
• Delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
If an issue occurs with delivery, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). They will be able to locate, investigate, and resolve the issue.
We are always here to support you through the process and provide any necessary information for your claim, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements for carrier-related issues.

Please double-check your address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
