Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At LŪMA, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns

Items may be returned within 15 days from the date they are received.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive store credit for the item’s value.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the store credit amount.


Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for alternate sizes or items of equal value, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as intimates or final sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please refer to product details before purchasing.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at sales@shopthelumacollection.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

  3. Once we receive and verify the item, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.


Store Credit

Your store credit will be issued as a digital gift card, redeemable on any future purchase from LŪMA.
